Work at the Hālau of ʻŌiwi Art site progressed into the next phase this week, with crews beginning preparation and forming for the second round of tilt-up panels. Site activity focused on layout, forming, and readiness for upcoming installation, while also addressing safety measures in advance of anticipated weather conditions.
