Construction activity at the Hālau of ʻŌiwi Art site progressed early in the week with crews focused on tilt-up panel preparation, including formwork, embeds, and footing work. Midweek and end-of-week rain events temporarily paused operations, but crews were able to make steady progress in between weather delays, preparing for upcoming pours and continuing structural groundwork near Vineyard Street.
