Construction activity at the Hālau of ʻŌiwi Arts site adjacent to the Wailuku Garage continued this week with steady progress on tilt-up wall preparations. Crews focused on formwork and rebar installation, with materials arriving on site and being placed in advance of upcoming concrete work.
